I purchased the camera kit set was shipped on April 25,2023 and I purchased it on April 21, 2023. This is an unwanted gifted from my friends so I sent the package back to the sender according to their return policy. Therefore, I packed the item into the original package and shipped it back based on their return instruction within 30 days. I also called them to make sure the address is correct so it can ship back to them successfully. Normally, they promised to give back the refund which is $1900 when they received the package. But, I used USPS to send back the item and USPS indicated the address is insufficient, and I contacted with the camera store and they said it shouldn't be wrong address. But right now, the package was lost since the destination address is insufficient and USPS tried to send back to me but it was lost. I told the camera store the whole process and ask for the help and refund, but they insisted that the address is correct and they are not provided any refund for me. But I did exactly what they asked for regarding the return instructions and I shouldn't responsible for the $1900, camera store should redund me the full amount as they promised and also their return policy. ps: delivered tracking number : ******************. return tracking number: **********************
