So It was April 20th 2023 at 1:45 pm I paid 52.95. So I was working so I decided to place mobile order for 5 family size (50 piece) nuggets so I go and pick it up and and leave there were 5 bags total one of just barbecue sauce 3 of the bags had 4 of the 10 pieces and 1 bag had 3 of the 10 pieces so 150 total. So I call corporate later upset and they tell me they are going to send refund request to the store. So I wait and am checking bank account daily and nothing so I call the store. A rude female manager answers the phone very rude and disrespectful ?? basically blaming me for the whole thing said it's my fault should have checked it so I responded I have to double check to make sure your employees know how to count and read and she said yes it's my fault I need to call corporate they can't do anything and don't ever give refunds ever and was very rude and disrespectful shouldn't be working there especially with customers if that's how she treats them first words should have been sorry not and yeah so what very rude very disrespectful ?? all I want is my 100 nuggets 9.99 x 2 plus tax back that's all I never am going there again very rude manager I'm telling everyone I know about this experience it should not take days to solve it should be our bad let's make this up to you. I uploaded 3 of 4 bags because I ate the 3 10 pieces while I was working that's why I bought them. Just give me my money back that's all I want. I can't upload pictures like I wanted won't go through:( so I uploaded one of the bags with the nuggets so you can see how they did 3 of the bagsCustomer response
