Apex was contracted to remove 2 trees and their stumps from the front of house. Also to remove existing concrete pad and walkway and replace with concrete. Also to remove exiting stone patio and replace with poured concrete. contract was signed 6/13/2022 at the close of signing I gave him a check for 12500.00 check #****. The date of the first attempted tree removal. the company was out on 3 different dates. sorry but I don't remember the dates to remove section by section. I still have 1 tree stump that is 6 feet tall and the other one is 4 feet tall. He scheduled the back patio concrete to be poured and required payment of 6000. I paid cash and got.. a receipt for that. After he was done pouring that he never showed back up. after several attempts to get in touch with him he sent me and email almost 2 weeks later and said his truck was repoed Later I learned that the concrete he poured was too dry and it has a pebble finish. Tony said he has a process for that. When I ask for a partial refund he said he would sell off equipment and the ball is in my court. I told him the amount of 13500.00 and I have not heard from him in almost 3 weeks. My lawn is damaged and my wood border going down the driveway was also damaged sorry I do not know how to upload these things
