            In 2021 I cancelled my garbage service with Weidle Sanitation, the account is under the name *************************** at the same address. They were supposed to refund me for a month of service from May to June, because we began service with another garbage hauler on June 1st, 2021.The reason for cancelling my trash removal service was because other trash companies were picking up our trash, but yet Weidle STILL kept billiing us for trash service every month, even when there were some months there was absolutely NO pickup done by then. When we told them what was happening, all we got was a snarky "tell them thank you for us".Because of their poor service, and the fact that they STILL owe me for a months service, I am contacting you to get this issue resolved. They owe me for AT LEAST a month of service, in which they charged me for a service they DID NOT PROVIDE TO ME. That is a theft of service.

            I paid weidle sanitation to collect my garbage and recycling April 1. The start of the 2nd quarter this year. They said have garbage out to the street by 10pm Sunday night. So I did. They failed to pick up the garbage every week so far and today is June 6. I have to call every week and tell them that your company failed to pick up the garbage while both my next door neighbors get theirs picked up ,?? They send a driver to pick it up Wednesday and he can find my address, why can't the regular Sunday driver find my address ?? Recycles are picked up Sunday too on a separate truck, so far they only missed 1 pick up.( Good job recycle team ).
