Horrible service & FALSE ACCUSATIONS/INSINUATIONS. Ive used this company to run a lien check on a property i had bought at a judicial auction in my county. They soley expressed that it would ONLY cost me "x" amount of dollars and id have the results in 2 weeks once i paid them. I paid them and had to call them 4 weeks later for the information i had requested. Only to have them tell me they dont know who i am or what property i am referring to. After lengthly calls and emails to them they finally reesponded. Providing me with liens against my FATHER from 20 yrs ago and no lien information on me or my property in question. Matt told me that i can call the county office for any lien info i need. I responded with, "THIS IS WHAT I HAD PAID YOU TO DO". They then told me i had to pay almost an additional $1000.00 for other services. I had called Matthew and sent him several emails demanding to get what i had paid for. After telling him Id report him to the Attorney Generals Office for false information and/or information not received in which i had paid for. The next day i received an email from the owner telling me she would be my point of contact and that she is taking my emails as threats. AND THAT AFTER SHE RECEIVED MY EMAIL AND RETURNED TO WORK THE NEXT DAY HER WINDOW HAD A ROCK THROWN THROUGH IT. I took this as an accusation. And not lightly either. They realized i was rightr and that i had every reason to report them for fraudelent info or info not related to me or my property and so they made these accusations toward me. i want them investigated for FRAUD. And im contemplating a civil suit for defamation of character and false accusations.
