            As far as the service from Dr. *********************** not much to complain about. The accounting department for this office is quite the opposite. August 2023 they got a new system. When they forwarded the balance of my account, they forwarded the Amount of $2,100.00 twice. I received an invoice for $1,900.00, I could not figure it out. I pulled all my insurance papers and the payments I had already made. Took that to the office to go over it and they recovered the problem. They will not give me the overpayment for the amount of $441.00 They are saying I have to wait 90 days. I have requested my money multiple times and can not make any headway. I asked to speak to the accountant, they refused. This happened the February before when I received an invoice and seemed high. I checked it out and there was an insurance payment missing from the invoice. I took the insurance payment to them and their answer was, I forgot to add it to your account. They added it immediately and no more problem. But this time, they will not give me my money they have had since Aug. of 2023
