Where to begin. He was highly recommended boy was I wrong. Had an addition put on and spent over 100k. Was told this would be turn key when done. This was about 13 so ago. After a few months once we moved in problems happened. 1. Shower upstairs leak down stairs. No grout in shower bed by door. 2. Daughters bedroom door will not stay open. 3. Master bedroom door will not latch. Ceiling fan makes noise while on. (Told put weights on on the blades I was told. Window need to replace under warranty that was 3 years ago stil never heard from him. 4. Front door leaks and you can see light through it. 5 monther in laws door to her side have to slam to get it closed. 6. Heater room cnat fit in to turn off main water. 7. Laundry room cant reach the filter for the dryer wall is in the way. Have to keep moving the dryer to change it. 8. Messed up heater room not getting air from outside. Just cut the pipe. 9. Electrical issues. Cant run the toaster and microwave same time. Outlet keeps turning off and computer goes off. This contractor is the worst. Dont use him ever. Starts out good then two months later the place falls apart. You would think if you paied over 100k. These issues would not be present. Have not been able to use my upstairs shower in two years. Poor construction crappy workmen shape. I wish I knew better. There is always an excuse for him of how its my fault and never takes responsibility for how crappy it is. I have over 60k. Worth of work that needs to to be done. Lastly wanted two zones and he did not listen. So think twice dont use him.
