We bought a car from here in October 2022, owner *** stated to take the car to a Local shop and he would pay for inspection since he couldn’t do it at the time, 3 weeks later with no warning car breaks down we take it to our local shop which they tell us the fly wheel is broken, they also stated it’s been like that for a while so we may need to check for leaks. we call *** he tells us take it somewhere where because we have warranty.. we’ll we call warranty so we can use the free towing and our surprise warranty company tells us they can’t help us because wrong paperwork was submitted for the car, *** supposedly calls and fix’s the problem meanwhile we are thinking warranty is going to cover our car issues so we pay for the tow to the next shop. We get it there. The guy diagnoses it tells us the same thing is wrong with the car calls warranty again not only is paper work messed up but warranty doesn’t cover the fly wheel.. we call *** again and tell him.. he then proceeds to call the shop to try to convince the shop to tell warranty that is just a transmission so that warranty can pay for it and of course shop denies put this in writing for us , *** then tell us go to another shop… same thing… we finally pay out of pocket for fly wheel over $600 for them to turn around and tell us that the leak is so bad that a seal in transmission’s needs to be replaced and that’s another $1800. At this point, we’re still battling with the warranty company because the papers were still not fixed by *** at that point We have spent $900 on a rental +*****.. and now 6 months later we have to pay 2100 oop now that warranty got fixed because of us.. we asked *** if he would help out with the remaining balance due to all the money we have put out already after he stated in email he would.. he has consistently ignored every text Phone call email for the past few months.. the only time he returned our calls when the DA and state police went to his office. I don’t not recommend!

On September 1 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership along with a four year warranty, not long after I started experiencing problems with the vehicles check engine light and check battery system lights. the dealership agreed to correct the problem and return the vehicle. They returned the vehicle after having it for about four days. About a week ago the warning lights came back on. I called the warranty company to see if I could get my car repaired and was told that I wasnt in the system. So I called the dealership and after about a week of the dealership giving me the runaround I drove to the dealership talk to someone in person and was told by am employee that my warranty was changed. Thats why the original warranty company couldnt find my information. I never ask or was told of these changes. I tried informing the bank and was told that they would give me back the money that was charge for my warranty. And that I would have to get the repairs done out of my own pocket and look for another warranty company. Im still waiting for the dealership to get back with me concerning my car and my repairs. They told me they would have it fixed by the end of today still no answer. Ive been having problems with this car and dealership for the last three months. They need to get my car fixed or give me back my money that I invested in the car

I bought a 2007 ***** *** from Pa Auto world back on Sunday march 13th of 2022. I gave them 3000.00 for a down payment for them to get rejected from the bank they tried at first then got an approval from a different bank and I couldn't afford the payments so I backed out of the deal and retuned the truck back to them. They told me the registration and tax and title money was already spent and the dmv will issue me a check for the registration title and tag. I waited 2 months and then found out the dmv doesn't do that. The money needs to come from pa auto world in 14 calendar days. I went and spoke to *** about getting the remaining money back that they stated was coming from the dmv. They gave me $2200.00 in a check and said I had to wait for my remaining $800.00 from a check from the dmv. I went back and showed them the paperwork from the dmv stating that pa auto world owes me the money and they won't give me my money back. They keep telling me I have to wait for the owner who seems like is never around. They also didn't make me sign any paperwork but I have the proof of the $2000.00 that I directly sent to pa auto world then I gave them 1000.00 more in cash. If you could please help me get my $800.00 back I'm owed.
