Customer Service Sucks. Our door, 1 year old, had the door latch break. A service techian came and said he needed to order a part. 2.5 weeks later, no part has been ordered. 3 calls have been place to the warranty department and I receive the same BS...That person hasn't approved the request yet, that person is out of the office, that person is away from their desk. Fine, let me speak to their supervisor. I'm told they are their boss. Everybody has a boss and this poor representative who answers my calls has no idea what the chain of command is. He says he'll leaave a message for them or send them an email. Well, after 3 attempts, no return calls, no emails, etc. Same BS! I wish I had paid the difference and purchased for either Andersen or Pella.

When we met the Homespire Sales Rep. AJ, Before we even talked about what we needed done in our home. We told him about the nightmare we had with another door/window company. He assured us that Homespire is not that kind of company. And, that Homespire would only send experience, well trained and knowledgeable technicians to do the job. In July my husband received a phone call saying that the all 3 doors are in and now need to set a day for installation. Aug. 1, 2022 was the date. On the morning of Aug. 1, we received a phone call saying that 1 of the doors was damaged. Now as to why Homespire would receive a door from the manufacturer an not inspect it until the day of installation is not our concern. But it was agreed that 2 doors would be done today and the installer was on his way. The installer showed up at 9:15, he did not show up in a Homespire vehicle, he had no Homespire uniform and he had no Homespire identification. This man made mention that he never installed a door like this before. The interior trim of our home was damaged, he fixed it by putting caulking from his caulking gun Ants and water damage of 1 door that was removed were found. He never told my husband anything. The outside capping is done so badly that our home is now being invaded by more insects on both doors, water is getting in behind the capping. We asked general contractor to look at what was done, We were told that the door is in very good condition and should last a long time, but the installer had little or no training. he also said that the repair’s would need to be done very soon or by winter ice will form and the door it self and both walls will need to be replaced. We asked if he would do the repairs but declined. But gave us names of contractors that might. We now need to contact the state attorney general office. We’ve been down that road before nothing happens. I know with my Husband’s anger Homespire will not fix it. AJ we trusted you. You should be ashamed. You lied to us.

Worst company I ever worked with. From the begining, could not get anyone to return calls. When they did, they lied to cover up their mistakes. After over 3 months, my window install is still not complete and company will not give me truthful answers. I regret ever starting my project with them.
