Bottom Railing gap 38 7/8 Top Railing gap 35 1/2 Top left rail post crooked, Center deck length 7 ft 8 inches Center deck width 7 foot 9 inches Deck not a square 8x8 Top right deck Railing not square far right post not straight, Back Railing at sharp angle not square Right Railing and back Railing both bowed and sagging, not attached correctly Left Railing not straight and has an open gap, not attached at the top and bottom rails Deck not a square 8x8 Deck cut not evenly along rail on the left as it is right. Should be 8 ft center Screws missing from right side Missing a whole entire foot of decking Deck board sticking out on right side withiut support. You can see the attached invoice clearly seeking a 8x8 Deck. Per attached message to be corrected. This was not built straight, level and the tailings are not installed correctly. The top and bottom rails are wedged in to fit. Per a previous message from the contractor we're told that due to the end caps of our pool we weren't getting a true 8x8. As you can see by the notes the deck board hanging over the lumber on the right side still does not give a true 8x8. I asked he come back out and fix this including the deck boards on the top where it meets the pool as this is cut beyond anything I imagine. I will have to pay an additional 1200 to have this fixed as I have previously requested to ****. I want a 1200 credit to have this reinforced and my railings installed and secured properly. The measurements show the deck is not level, not an 8x8 and missing some pertinent construction. I plan on filing with a build inspector for confirmation. We had requested this be looked at and assessed. We have not had a resolveInitial Complaint

He took on our home rebuild after we suffered a fire. He left the house, unfinished, taking our money and leaving us with nothing. The house is less than 50% finished with subpar work and he has taken over $180,000. He broke our door and damaged the ceiling after he and crew stepped through it and never repaired it. This is a bare bones summary- there are multiple infractions.Customer response
