Casey Balls business needs to be investigated for intimidation and fraudulent activities. My situation is as follows: she has taken over as a guardian. I was never informed of a court hearing. I have never relinquished my right as a POA. I have never relinquished my ownership of property in question. She has sent her parents to harass me and tell me I'm not allowed on a property owned by myself and person under guardianship. She has accused me of allegations but has neglected to tell me what they are. She states I know because I was at the hearing (never notified of said hearing). She has changed locks on the property that I own 50% of. She has threatened me (through her parents) that if I go onto the property there will be consequences. This is completely unacceptable behavior as a business who is involved on the state level with Human Services and this business should be investigated for intimidation tactics. I have already notified my local police department of this situation.Business response

Court documents will show the funds that were stolen from *** ****** as well as expert reports that will document my client was not capable of making sound decisions. Charges are being pressed against *** ****** to obtain the funds back that my client needs to pay for her care, as well as the forged deed will be reversed. My agency is currently working with Attorney’s to press charges/sue for the right actions.
