On June 7, 2022, Jesse G**** was to come to my home to clean a boiler and replace an expansion tank for my water heater. He cleaning the boiler after being 3 hours late. He requested $250 cash, which I gave him. He was supposed to return with the expansion tank but never did. I texted and called for a week and a half asking him to finish the job and gave him plenty of times he could come. He only gave an occasional response. On June 16, 2022, he blocked my number. I would like him to either complete the work or refund me for the expansion tank.Initial Complaint

Guzic's HVAC was at my home to do an estimate on a heat pump install on April 7, 2022. I accepted the bid and gave a down payment of $2500.00 on that date. I was informed the work would begin the next day which did not occur and then again the following week which again work did not occur and there was no communication between Guzic's HVAC and myself until I reached out to the m numerous times before I got an answer. Once work was finally started, very little completed and as of now, a month and a half later, the work has only been partially completed on 3 separate days. Each time, I've been told they would be here by 9:00-10:00 AM and they did not show until 3:00 PM. The last time any work was completed was on May 5, 2022 and on that day and this was only after I wrote an additional check on May 4, 2022 since I was told they needed the money to finish purchasing the equipment. I was told the job would be completed the following day, May 6, 2022. Again, they did not show and would not return my calls. Now, 2 weeks later, I was told the job would be completed today, May 20, 2022 and they would be here at 9:00 AM to finish. All of this was after I was consistently told they would be here every day for the past 2 weeks. This company has ceased to call and communicate with me unless I initiate contact. I have now paid for the job in full and the job is not complete and Guzic's HVAC does not contact me, nor do they answer the phone when I try to call. I am also unable to leave a message as the voice mail is full, I can only send a text message which is not being answered either. All I ask is for the job to be completed!
