Don't be fooled. Wolf & Kline is a business. They're designed to profit off the properties they manage. I was transfered with work from Louisiana to Pennsylvania. We didn't know the area. So, we decided to rent for at least a year. Our children are special needs, so living in an area with good schools was imperative. I found a house I thought looked nice listed on Zillow managed by Wolf and Kline, and this started our 2 year ride. We dealt with Keith Weaver. He was extremely Dr. Jeckel and Mr Hyde throughout the process. He scolded me for our credit score, but then agreed to let us rent through the strong referrals from previous land lord. The house we rented had been remodled, as there was a fire in the basement started by the previous tenants. Within 2 days of moving in, the downstairs toilet started backing up. We had barely used it. Keith started out a phone call pleasantly asking how we liked the place, and then changed his tune blaming us for the incident stating it was our fault (all second hand information from their lazy contractor Fire and Ice). My wife had been working with the plummer and maintenance worker. They started the cause of the blockage in the pipes was so deep there's no way we could have caused it. I called Keith back with this info, and left a voicemail. My wife got a call from some nice woman in the office stating that we would not be held liable, as they were able to roll this under the previous renter insurance claim. That was nice, but Keith never once called back to apologize for blaming us and automatically siding with lazy contractor Fire and Ice. If Keith did anything good, it was motivating me to improve our credit score, but I didn't care for getting yelled at and scolded by someone who never came out to the property or cared anything beyond Wolf and Kline's gain. When you give move out notice, it's 60 days. Not really convenient or financially conducive to someone who is either is moving for work or closing on a house
