I was in the Hornack Health Center to see my chiropractor Seth H****** on Tuesday July 5 at 5:45pm. I was in the massage chair and his receptionist Liz started talking to another patient/ client (another older woman) about how the LGBT community needs to go away, we need to stop using pronouns, that transgender people make her sick, and make her want to throw up. I am a transgender man and Seth knows this. I left immediately after this happened and Seth called me shortly after. When I talked to him he justified what she said and said she would never say anything hurtful and that she loves me. I hung up and told him I wouldn’t be back. I texted him shortly after and said I needed time to process this but I would be open to Liz calling and apologizing. I never got a text back from him and not a call from Liz. I told him I was going to give him a bad review. I was at the post office in Lower Burrell up the street from his on Friday July 8. He knows what type of car I drive as he has told me this. He parked next to me and came over to me. He told me Liz was only talking about a commercial and begged me not to give him a bad review. I had to tell him to get away from me, lock my door, and sit in my car until my friend came to help me. Tuesday July 12 at 5am I got a call from a Lower Burrell police officer saying if I were to go back to Seths office or contact him I would face charges. Then on Monday July 18 I received a letter from Seths attorney saying if I go into the parking lot Seths office is in (where there are other businesses) or contact him I would face charges. I have not had any contact with Seth since we talked July 6. Seth has bibles, crosses, pictures of Jesus and Mary, holy water, keychain crosses in a bowl for patients/ clients to take, Christian music playing, and the stations of the cross playing on a tv in his office. We prayed after every adjustment I had. I have PTSD and will have to go through therapy for nightmares and flashbacks.
