Alpha Engineering sent an individual onto our property attempting to say an old well was a utility and that we weren't allowed to claim said property as our own. ****** acted very odd, I have COPD, when we saw ******, his helper ******* and the current tenants on our property we went out to see what they were doing, clearing my throat to speak ****** yelled get away from me you are sick. He then claimed the capped well (capped in ****) was a utility and we weren't allowed to claim said property as ours. He had an aerial copy of the property, we have the same aerial paperwork as we have had our property surveyed in 2017 and then again this August because of the tenants claiming our property was owned by the landlord and we were trespassing. When I asked to see the paperwork ****** got antsy again, don't touch my paper, he was going right to the city of ******************** and file charges against us for stealing the neighbors property. The **************************** made it perfectly clear there are no utilities in the paper alleys. You would think an engineer would know the difference between a capped well and a utility. You would think their ethics would not allow them to work with an unethical landlord attempting to steal their neighbors property. Steer clear of this company, their ethics leave much to be desired.
