WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINES!! It was explained to me that my massage would cost 60 dollars but she then immediately ran my credit card through for 65 with NO explanation! She did not speak English at ALL and didn't understand ANYTHING I said, or at least she pretended not to! She insisted I pay BEFORE the massage began, along with INSISTING I TIP her!! When I told her no tip she kept replying "everyone tips"!! Over and over!! When asked what strength I wanted she rudely responded " you want hard pressure but no tip?! Over and over! Every time the door bell rang she would stop my massage and go into the other room to deal with the next person, this happened THREE times during my massage. She didn't even massage me for the hour I paid for, she stopped after about 35 min!! Then before leaving she told me when I come back next time to TIP HER!!! I am reporting them to the BBB as this was the most unprofessional business I have EVER been to in my entire life! They also don't take appointments to which when you call they don't bother explaining this to you. You just show up and if they are with another client they tell everyone to come back in an hour!! RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I actually wonder if its really a massage place at all or its just a COVER UP for an illegal "adult" business if you know what I mean!!Business response

When I saw the feedback she left on Google, I responded to her as soon as possible. I sincerely apologized and told her to come here. I could give her a free massage as compensation, but I never got a response from her.Yesterday I received your letter and got her personal information. I sent her an email, but I didn't get a response from her.I called her phone number, no one answered, I have now contacted the credit card company and refunded her the full US$65.00, thank you.Customer response
