I ordered from this company a cover up pant for an adult with incontinence problems. On their web site it states 90 days free returns. I went according to their sizing chart. Took the pants out of the package. They're hugh. Sent a email to return. They called They said once a package is open they can't take it back. How are you supposed to know how they look until its open. Id even take a smaller size and forfeit a refund. Tome this is false advertising. And these pants were around $25. Not cheap. Shame on them. I want everyone to know.Business response

Hello. We are very sorry that you were unsatisfied with our return policy. Our return policy states that we accept returns on unopened items within 90 days of purchase. That is the first line in our return policy (we try to be as transparent as possible). We unfortunately do not accept returns on opened items because of the very sensitive nature of the items that we sell. We do not resell items that were opened by a customer because we do not believe that anyone would want to receive an item like this that was opened or tried on by someone else.
We offered you a discount on a different size but we never heard back from you. We are happy to still honor the 25% discount that we offered you, if you would like to purchase a smaller size. Hello,
I'm sorry for any confusion, you may have seen that return policy on another site. We do not offer any free returns on anything. So we certainly wouldn't have a "Free 90 Day Return Policy". We do offer returns up to 90 days but stated in our return policy (that we sent you) we only accept returns, up to 90 days, on unopened item. Please let us know if you need further help. Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because:
I just went on there website. Free 90 day returns right there. Right there it should say unopened. You shouldn't have to go to a different page to know this. They'll never give me another pair I know this. But I want my complaint to stand so other people know. My husband gets $1197 a month from social security. They just stoked $25 from him.
