  I paid Mione company to remodel my bathroom and to frame my three bedrooms to get them ready for drywall. They did unacceptable work when I told the owner of Mione about the problems and that they need to be addressed he made the comment he doesn't care. I have pictures of everything they did that was unacceptable and also pictures of everything they left undone and all their trash that was left here. There was materials in the contract that were not used and i was charged for. I asked for an itemized bill and he would not give me one. I'm trying to get some of my money back because they left and didn't finish the job so I had to pay someone else to finish the job right. I had several other contractors come in and they all said this was unacceptable work. I tried calling the owner back to see about getting some money back and he said there is no refund you treated my guys like ****, he said **** you to me and told me to go **** myself before hanging up on me.did not finish pluming wiring puting doors on painting or framing or puting headers above windows gaps in drywall

  The customer was affected by alcohol in front of my guys. He was rude and inappropriate. He doesnt understand most of the construction process I tried to explain to him. Twice I asked him to calm down, his wife told him to calm down, I told him if he wanted us to come back he should let me know because it looked like he didnt want us back. He was complaining about so many insignificant issues that werent completely done yet. Then I told him if he wanted to change his attitude and have us come back to let me know, and I shut their door and left. The next call I get is asking for money back for work not done, but he had it done by someone else. As far as our contract reads its a push, we did some of the change order and most of other work. Thats why I attached these photos. I never got the ones further than that.

  The plumbing was not finished, faucets were not installed, electric wiring was not complete outlets and receptacles were not installed nor were the outlet and receptacle covers. The lights were not installed. The doors were not installed, drywall was not finished nor the paint finished. Trim was not installed around windows and window sills, baseboard trim was not installed. They were suppose to use LVL beams and hurricane straps and did not use them they used 2x4's and charged me for the LVL's and hurricane straps. They charged me for framing, drywall and or tape, paint and primer for around the drop down attic ladder and none of that was done around the drop ladder. They were to get the mirrors and never did nor installed them.

  ************** was beligerant and drunk while we tried to work there and I told him if he wanted to be respectful of my guys we would finish the project, he never responded to that offer. So I assumed he didn't want to be respectful and it became a hostile environment. It was time to leave. This guy was a problem from the start.
