I purchased a vehicle on August 17th 2022 from them. A ****** ***** 2011 for sale there was no price or paper in the window of the vehicle so I asked the owner **** he said the only thing that it needed was a bearing and it needed to be inspected which I didn't think was bad for the price he said there was nothing else wrong with the vehicle so I purchased it I took out a loan at my bank to pay him $6, 577.00. A week later I took it to a garage ***** Tires in Edwardsville PA and they said it wasn't a bearing that I needed two axles both of them were bad on the front I can't believe that happened so I took it to ********* Edwardsville PA for a second opinion they said yes it needs axles and it needs other things the car is not inspectable it would never pass inspection I called Bennett Street Auto and they said they would not help me I have no warranty and it was sold as is, so I did not know what to do I have no other vehicle so I decided I was going to take it back to ********* to have them repair it so I could at least drive the vehicle well when I proceeded to do that the car will not run at all it will not drive down the street I cannot move it I had to have it towed to ********* they said the transmission went in the vehicle now I tried calling Bennett Street Auto and the owner said they will not do anything. I filed a complaint with the attorney general office and they sent paperwork to them which they did not respond to and the attorney general office consumer complaint line said there's nothing could do about it if I want to call an attorney I have every right to do that I do not have money for an attorney I barely have money to pay my bills I lost a job because I have no vehicle now please help me I want my money back I bought a car for $6, 577 needs repairs that total $ 7,766. It should never have been sold to anyone. How do they have a right to sell a vehicle like this. I bought a vehicle I can't even drive. They should not be allowed to sell vehicles.
