Hired ******* and **** in Oct 2022 to redo my drive and also to install a 3" PVC pipe where driveway meets road to permit rain to run down the gulley and under my driveway. They instead installed a black plastic corregated pipe and did not dig it deep enough underground. 3 days later the asphalt began to peel off the top of the pipe. Texted **** who agreed it should have been PVC and his team erred and he promised to fx in spring as asphalt plants were closed. I call called and spoken several times with ******* who, when he answers, promises to repair. I keep texting and emailing ******* and **** and neither will respond nor commit to a repair date. I paid full in good faith and was promised it would be fixed.. I cannot even sealcoat this driveway to preserve what was done until the end of the driveway was repaired. This is unnaceptable and very poor business practice, I feel like I was taken advantage of.

November 2022. After the company finished the job we had noticed that they didn't allow for water runoff, so any rain water/sump pump runoff collects along the front gate. It has also caused the water to get between the old asphalt and new, causing cracking and weeds to grow through, as well as cracking our patio. We called the company who said they'd come fix it but never did and since then they have ignored our calls and e-mails and ignore any attempt to contact them. This has been going on for 7 months.

6/22 & 9/22 A1 Asphalt redid & extended our driveway. The 1st area we pd $4500. There were a couple areas that were not as wide as we asked for & we wanted to extend the driveway. We had them do the 2nd section too and paid and add'l $4200. We were out of state at that time.Neighbors sent us pics telling us about oil, dirt & gouges in the asphalt. Several calls & texts to Owen went unanswered. Only when I called from my work phone did Michael answer.Still no one has been out to look at the work or lack of.

Date 4/20/2022 ******************************* with A1 asphalt completed a new blacktop over my existing drive way as well as added new pavement to the side of my house. Resulting with incorrect materials and improper compacting of asphalt causing pot holes and sinking of my asphalt. I reached out to ******* with my concerns. He did reply saying he would fix it and agreed it needed to be fixed. He followed up with coming to my house to look at the damage. ******* said he would come to fix it and never showed up and then made excuses as to why he couldnt come. Then he blocked my ******** account and wouldnt answer phone calls. I spent 4000$ and would like my money back as its improperly installed. Hope you can help me resolve this issue. Thanks for considering. ***************************** ************

The work was done in October of 2022 at a cost of $3000. The owner, **** and his son *******, were very nice and seemed professional. When I was finally provided the contract that says they "stand behind all work" I found this not to be true. They were to "install new asphalt driveway, cut out high spots and haul away, prime with tack coat, install 2.5 inch overlay and roll to compaction." A week later "seal coat driveway with oil based sealer". Because the initial job was riddle with large holes I paid extra for the seal coat and was told "it will look as smooth as glass when we are finished". The driveway looks as if black paint was put over the top. Several contractors have asked when the driveway is going to be finished and have hesitated to put heavy trucks on it for fear of it sinking. One who understands asphalt says it was not done correctly. I see no reason why I should incur an expense to have someone actually give me that "smooth as glass" coating that should have been done right in the first place. l am filing the complaint at this time and did not do so before because i honestly thought maybe it needed to settle. Compared to neighbors 30 year old driveways mine looks terrible. Sadly, the seal coat jobs they did for other neighbors are equally as disappointing. Mine was asphalt AND sealcoating. The same thing happened with another friend and this company should not be allowed to continue to provide sub par work and get away with it.

Paid $1800. For driveway to be replaced. Contractor ran out of tape/tar so did not complete job. Stated he would come back. Multiple, multiple attempts have been made to get contractor to come back and complete job. Driveway is crumpling at street interface and is tripping hazard at sidewalk interface.

Oct 14 work Oct 17 provided check for $ 4000.00. Work performed , remove old driveway ,and install new asphalt driveway. The owner ( Owen ) and his son ( Michael ), were on site to evaluate and quote work. It was made very clear that my biggest concern, and problem they were to fix was two large puddles, that were causing erosion and standing water. Upon completion of their work, the same area still has the safety and corrosion issues. I simply what this corrected. Neither Owen or Michael, will return phone calls, text, and or emails
