    We ordered the **** ** ***** ***** water tank to replace a tank we dropped and cracked. At first we were very excited as we ordered it Friday and it arrived Monday, but once we opened the package the item was not the correct item it was a couple inches longer than the correct water tank. Now we are 10 days later and have not been able to get a return email or call, finally today my husband got through on a live chat that was with a bot and they said we can return it with a 20% restocking fee. I am frustrated I have to pay to return an item they sent the wrong item for but I am so frustrated since I have called multiple times with no answer and their voicemail is full and also sent multiple messages on email with no reply. My ultimate goal would be to exchange the part for the correct part at no extra cost to me, I already paid for the water tank and they sent the wrong one.I want to share with the world that when they are coffee deprived don't accidentally order from the a copy cat **** company.  ****-parts.com is not the real **** and has horrible customer service.

    ********** Com Co is the same location and same company as Expresso Yourself. From ********** website we ordered coffee machine parts on 8/18/2023, order #***** for a **** ********* Brew Group Complete Assembly, As well as a **** Oval Head tool-How to Open **** Coffee Machine. No answer to phone (says mailbox full), no answer to left online message, no "free 2-day delivery". Nothing. Reviews of these two companies are terrible for same issues. I suspect they are out of business and should not be accepting money. When we enter our order number their site keeps saying processing. We would like our money back or the product!!!

    In May of 2023 I sent my **** ** to ****-Parts.com LLC for repair, they list their address as the ***************************************** It was sent in due to not producing the quantity of coffee requested along with $450 for the services. The unit was returned to me Mid May, the unit seemed to run better for a few weeks and is now performing poorly again and is noisy. I have submitted several requests for a return authorization through the companies website starting July 21 with no response. I have also tried to call their phone number but their mailbox is full.

    On 2/25/2023, I purchased a replacement part for my coffee machine and it was marketed as an upgrade. I received the part on the 28th and discovered it doesn't fit my machine. I followed the return instructions, submitted the help ticket, and have yet to get the return authorization necessary for me to return. I gave this business the benefit of the doubt since it is being promoted as veteran owned and ordered the correct part. This business does not respond to anything by using any means of communication on its site.

    Last April 19 I reached out to a company I had used before to refurbish an expensive espresso machine, which was leaking. They agreed to take the Jura E6, told me to include the water reservoir, pay the invoice thru their online pay system, then followed their instructions to mail the machine including the water reservoir, which I did. Approximately one month later ( 5/07/22), they returned the machine but the water reservoir was missing, This is when I began to call and reach out for help to have the integral part returned. An espresso machine is useless without a water reservoir. They voice mail was too full for messages, so I began emailing, every couple of days. On May 16 there created a *** ** Tracking label (************) yet it was never put in ******'s possession. Since then I have continued to call and email no less than 12-14 times, without a reply. I am asking for them tossed back my water reservoir, or purchase a replacement and send it to me or refund my $400 I paid to refurbish the machine.

    I sent my Jura Impressa J6 machine for a repair costing me $450 for the repair. I sent the machine in March of 2022 and received the refurbished machine back in May 2022. Within one week of getting the machine back, there was a loud pop and the machine stopped dispensing liquid from the dispensing spout in the front. I have sent numerous tickets asking about getting a refund since there is a warrant for these types of faults. I ended up buying a brand new machine because I couldn't get a hold of anyone at this company. It doesn't seem that this problem is isolated, in fact this is a common issue with this company. Please be aware if doing any business with this company.

    Sent my **** ** coffee machine to **** Parts and Repair Services (aka Espresso Yourself and possibly **** **** ******). They provided a ***** shipping label and shipping instructions. They received my machine on 2 May and cashed my check on 12 May for $450. They are now unresponsive to all emails and phone calls; all voice mail boxes are full and one cannot leave a message. All emails are just ticket openings and no one responds. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran. I chose this company because it is Veteran Owned (perhaps by Mr. James ** C******* Jr.). This coffee machine was a retirement gift from my Soldiers and my family. Now as I research I see that there are numerous complaints and some just like mine. I really do not know how you can continue to allow this company to stay in business and fraud people. They are also affiliated with a children's charity *********! I am originally from Pittsburgh PA. and I feel compelled to reach out to the charity with this information as well.
