I went to the salon on April 28th, showed the stylist multiply pictures/videos of what I wanted, she assured me she can get it exactly. The hair was terrible,I went to the owner to complain after paying the 275, because I was embarrassed to leave. We agreed I’d go home and look at the colour again and then call him. I went home and called him back saying it wasn’t right, and after looking at the pictures of what I wanted he then agreed it wasn’t close, and the stylist shouldn’t have said she could have done it. He offered to fix it first and then refund me. I agreed and went the next morning. They covered it up and upon leaving I inquired at the front desk about the refund. The stylist thought I was already refunded but told me to double check with the manager. The manager seemed shocked when I asked and said she’d have to call the owner. I was fine with it as I know he told me on text I’d get my hair fixed back to what it was and get my money refunded - because I didn’t get anything new, they just fixed the mistake. When I called the salon to inquire, the manager was very different, she was clearly angry and talked over me, saying I wanted free services even though the other stylists thought my hair was fine. I told her the manager and I already spoke and he agreed with me and he had offered the refund. She continued to speak to me as if I was trying to steal. I told her I didn’t appreciate it, and she should just talk to the owner - micheal. I called and texted micheal with response, so I detailed my interaction with the manager and said i was leaving a review about her, because I felt like I was being bullied and ignored for something I was offered. He ignored me, so my husband tried calling,he immediately picked up. He told my husband he’d call him back, and texted me after saying the same. I wrote a review about the Manager like I told the owner I would, then I get a call from her, happily saying micheal isn’t issuing it, because of the review.
