I hired ************************* with Extreme Beauty Make up on 10/24/2019 for my wedding on 11/28/2020, due to COVID we had to postpone one year 11/27/2021. As a condition of postponing ***** asked we pay the balance in full, which I was fine with, and paid the remainder of our balance 10/29/2020, In total $485. Now we are 12 days from my wedding and I was supposed to have my make up trial that ***** scheduled with me in October, as well as taking money for and planning for 2 additional faces the day of my wedding ($75 each). ***** stopped answering texts and calls asking to confirm the appointment and blocked me on all methods of communication. ***** now has $635 for services she will not be performing. I have proof of payment and contracts and all of our communication, where she never mentioned any issues with the business or possibly not being able to perform the contracted tasks. She has now blocked both my husband and I and prior to that did not respond to messages when my husband tried to reach out.
