            In October 2021, I hired Franks Concrete Construction, LLC to tear out my old concrete porch, pad and ramp and to install new a new concrete sidewalk and steps. This work was to be performed at my home at a cost of $46,430. Franks Concrete Construction, LLC not only failed to complete the work, but the work performed was done poorly, not in a workmanlike manner, and failed to meet code requirements. Further, Franks Concrete Construction, LLC failed to submit plans to and obtain permits from ***** ******* Township for its work. As a result of the poor and incomplete work that was not performed to code specifications, I had to hire **************************** to fix and complete the work in order to be compliant with local laws and codes. I have attempted to contact Franks Concrete Construction, LLC through my attorney in attempt to resolve the situation but neither I nor my attorney have heard from Franks Concrete Construction, LLC. Litigation has not yet been initiated. I would like the business to compensate me in the amount of $37,860 which is the exact amount I paid **************************** to fix the issues Franks Concrete Construction, LLC caused.

            He was very receptive at first. He tried to get me to pay for dumpsters that he estimated wrong. He damaged my neighbors yard. Leroy wasn’t present to supervise his employees and they damaged my pool gate. They damaged my pool shed with a pressure washer, he didn’t cover anything when they were pouring the concrete so concrete splashed all over the surrounding property. They didn’t insert the latter mounts flush with the concrete and the ladder is now crooked . They damaged the entrance gate to my pool and I now have to have it replaced . And here’s the kicker, they cut my pool liner. Leroy said he would replace it but after he found out the cost he will not return my calls. I am contacting my attorney to pursue legal action for all of the damages to my property that he and his workers created. Stay far away from this guy.
