            I bought a ***** * in spring of 2023. Drove home and before I got home the check engine light came on. After I called I took it back and they said if its preexisting they wont cover it. I said I was sold a car that had no issues and no light on. I paid close to $10k. They must have reset the check engine light if they knew it was preexisting. They said they fixed it and before even leaving Harrisburg the light came back on. They have had it since. I was given loaner and told to enjoy and drive it as I would my *****. Now after its second oil change they are threatening to make me pay for a scuff on the rim and said my car is magically done after being told the parts were still on back order. They offered to buy it back but I cannot get another loan and I need a car.

            I was sold a 2017 Subaru Legacy on February 01, 2020. I was provided a cardiac report that listed no accidents. Since then I have traded the Subaru to another dealership and upon review of the carfax there is an accident that was reported on 01/11/2017 which only generated a trade value of $8,000. This generated a large difference in not only the price I should have paid but also the price I received for my trade in. I called Faulkner to reconcile and they offered me $12,000 if I could get the vehicle back but unfortunately the other dealership cannot sell it back to me for the same $8,000. Upon calling back to Faulkner, the service manager basically told me there was nothing that could be done and he would say something to the SR GM. I simply want my $4,000 difference for the vehicle that is owed to me. The dealership claims they cannot control the Carfax report but I made a purchase based on false information they provided. Ryan stated he sees the problem and tried to justify “it could have just been a dent and it’s not a big deal” however, I lost $4,000. So i would like a check for the amount of $4,000 to rectify the situation and we can all move forward.
