On 9/2/20 $1,500 and 9/3/20 $1,600 totaling 3,100 was paid to the owner Lynette S******** via **** *** for business credit establishment for my real estate business **** ****** *****, LLC. DALS Credit Solution committed to building my business credit for future funding as she said she built other businesses As time progress Lynette’s main focus was government contracting and not business credit building At the time my business was fairly new and I had not generated any income, business, or skills and felt government contracting was not a good option for me at the moment due to the reasons stated above Lynette promised business credit building and I had no clue that she would try and push government contracting on me instead of business credit building which was never discussed or worked towards I contacted Lynette via text message on 2/9/21 requesting a refund due to government contracting not being an interest of my own at the moment Lynette followed up with a call which we spoke over the phone for several minutes and Lynette agreed to a refund which she said would take 8-12 weeks to be generated back to me Once the timeframe had passed I began contacting Lynette in regards to the refund on 4/20/21 Lynette responded saying she would check the status and get back to me which she never did I contacted Lynette again on 5/7/21 in regards to the refund Lynette responded saying she requested $3,700 from the insurance company and that its only been 11 weeks and that she would follow up with me the following morning which she never did I contacted Lynette 6x again (have all exact dates) which on one occasion she told me on 06/24/21 she said she sent them my address she had on file and it was corrected and if she didnt hear anything she would take from her business account because she never seen anything take longer than 12 weeks This stringing along continued to a point Lynette stop responding I sent final text 11/17/21 inquire refund & if not shell receive lawsuit paper

      Good morning, ******* ******* & ****** *****. I hope all is well.

DALS Credit Solutions receives compliant ********, ****** *****. Attach will have documents to support why *** ****’s refund has been revoked. *** ****s became a client on 10/06/2019 for Credit Education for a $600.00 cash deposit and became a client to grow business credit for 2500, which totaled $3100.00. *** ****s received a receipt as she dropped off vital information regarding the sale of the vehicle and late payments with ***** Credit Union, which will be addressed within the statement.
The review board of the compliant committee for the BBB. We don't judge the why; we improve the how. We adhere to federal credit laws to improve scores. Our company does not participate with software to mask the problem; we review spending behaviors to improve the situation. We are a Licensed Credit Service Loan Broker, through the Pennsylvania Department of Banking. We hold over the twenty-nine state & federal certifications, ******* ***** Graduates, two-time ******** Alumni, Pending ** Entrepreneur Access Alumni, 2021 ***** ***** Forty Above & Beyond recipient, June 1st, preparing to execute the Certified Federal Contract Manager Certification, along with being a well-respected in the local and state government, underserved communities, and beyond.

When *** ****s became a client, her credit score was roughly around *** with 13 late payments with ***** ********* Credit Union, no credit card, medical bills, and fair payment history.  Her credit report consists of negative remarks from ***** Credit Union and Unfair Practices, for which her mother ****** ******* co-signed for a car. Within the first 90 days of education and understanding creditworthiness, *** ****s was approved for a 6k ******** Card. Ms.  Her Current report exemplifies her growth and education received during her time with DALS Credit Solutions. Currently, the credit profile is a *** per ******** $23,200.00 in credit lines with a 35 overall credit utilization. Credit Reporting. *** ****s had several missed appointments and a history of no-shows for follow-ups. A few months passed, and I reached out to *** ****s to have her restart the process with no additional charge.

As the client increased in credit, we began to focus on the business. Government contracting is not overnight nor a microwavable process. First, the client and I completed A SAM.Gov for her to become a small business certified within the State of Pennsylvania. We set appointments regarding her Minority Business Development Certification. *** ****s failed to sign the contract presented to her regarding services. The client sent messages regarding taking her exam to become a realtor; once completed, we would resume. The client was contacted months later requesting a refund for 3100 for services. Still, one failed to meet due to her inconsistency as success grew for DALS Credit Solutions, the continued threats of text messages, and unethical statements regarding my organization. *** ****s also utilized Trademark information to brand her company to deliver credit advice, which DALS Credit Solutions Co #CreditTipTuesday owns.  *** ****s stated she would file in court with a lawsuit in which no documentation was filed. Several attempts were made to contact *** ****s; however, they were unsuccessful.

      Business response

      05/13/2022

To: Cynthia Cameron and The Review Committee of the Better Business Bureau (BBB)
Re: DALS Credit Solutions compliant ********,

Good afternoon, ******* ******* and The Review Committee of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Thank you for the continuation to resolve the complaint ********. The goal is to satisfy with fairness and integrity. *** *****'s dates were correct, and information was given verbally to ******* before *** *****'s Response.

Continuing, I will align that *** ***** was familiar with the questioning of the refund due to the number of services received after the initial request. *** ****'s motives were to render services within the contract space, build **** *******, her current company, and request a refund.

When a client enrolls with DALS Credit Solutions, we strive to rehabilitate behavior spending while reviewing credit card utilization to decrease corporate charge-offs and improve creditworthiness overall. *** *****’s goals were to enter the government contracting space, build her Real estate company and become a realtor.

To proceed: With *** *****'s Response, the breakdown of replies will give evaluators a more straightforward presentation of why the complaint feedback is invalid and had a motive. Understanding that BBB is a mediator to resolve any issues between B2B and B2C, the goal is to deliver essential feedback on findings to validate reasoning. After a series of attempts to make contact to ensure success with the client, the end goal was unsuccessful, and the refund was the focus, which was the goal from the beginning.

Motives: The motives and Mindset of the complaining party are vulgar and abrupt, and communication between outside parties is mentioned that supports the feedback.
Critical Response from *** *****, "No, our conversation about my credit was irrelevant because I'm just worried about the refund you promised eight weeks ago. Cocky? I'm never just frustrated with the stringing you've been doing, but alright, thanks again." Again, her end goal was a government contract. Building her brand using resources to obtain the services rendered during her time with DALS Credit Solutions suffice the number of services rendered.

Per the complaint, ********* never once supplied a receipt and did not furnish a contract until Dec 15, 2020, which I did not sign due to not receiving it at the initial agreement of terms. Did *** ***** review the contract? According to the square database, *** ***** never opened the email to review the deal. Was the contract reviewed when the Response was sent from DALS Credit Solutions via BBB?
*** ***** stated she would check, and I honestly took her word for it. So, my question is, why the continuation of services? *** ***** didn't express concerns until she requested a refund almost nine months into services with many inconsistencies. According to the square scheduling platform onboarding, *** ***** missed roughly 40% of her appointments, no-showed several meetings, and went through a communication gap.

Failures of Inconsistency to support motives:
"Per texted message on Jan 2, 2021, I followed up to check on the client, and she responded, are we meeting tomorrow with an unscheduled appointment? I informed the complaining party that my schedule was full for Jan 3, 2021—I followed up on Jan 13 due to lack of communication, requesting if she executed the exam? She replied, "She was scheduled in Feb 2021. Jan 20, 2021, reached out regarding well-being and appointment. She stated that a follow-up was planned but didn't hear anything from me. I made it clear I called, but there was no response—the following Response on 2/09/2021 requested a refund.
": Good morning; I hope all is well! I have a few concerns with your services about helping build my business and business credit. At the moment, I don't feel as though the government contracting is beneficial due to my business being so new and with bare minimum experience, which makes me less likely to be chosen for contracting; maybe a year or two from now, government contracting will suit me better, and I will be able to gain your services then. But as of now, I see no benefit and have yet to be able to build any business credit. Am I able to receive a refund"?

      Review committee:
      Continuation of proof of threatening:
The reason for the no response on Jul 20, 2021, Jul 29, 2021, and Sep 16, 2021, *** ***** became very hostile and abrupt due to discussions regarding the refund. Yet, after the refund request, *** ***** continued services with DALS Credit Solutions. Please see attached text messages for validation.
      S********: Jul 1, 2021, Comment sent from *** *****
So, what was the point of saying you would if you weren't? Yes, you are holding me back because you have yet to return the money you owe to me, which makes things more challenging to do. After all, it was EXPECTED on May 4, to be exact, making it 12 weeks. You don't stand on your words. Everything that comes out of your mouth seems like bullshit because you never deliver. I can speak on my credit as well. Yeah, you gave me verbal information on how to handle credit, but I have yet to remove my only derogatory remark and the few late payments like you promised. It’s been over a year, and NO Results on anything. You gave information with NO RESULTS ON YOUR END that was NOT worth 425$, especially when I heard and already had some of that from ******* cause. I want a 50% refund for my credit because you didn't deliver. It’s always the companies that aren't responding even after six-month periods. I have no faith in your work absolutely at all anymore. You’re all talk, and I should've listened to ***** because she was right--

My Response via Text Jul 1, 2021: I can't control a pandemic. When you want something you built from the ground up, you want it. Your inconsistency, listening to those jealous of you, allows you to stoop below your worth. I am working on your refund. The Complaint inconsistency caused a lack of growth.

Response: Per *****, I don't want the microwave success. "I know it takes dedication and consistency for results,” but it still doesn't explain why you didn't entirely do your part. - How can I educate and improve one's view of finances if they're not consistent?
"The verbal information was beneficial, but if you had done what you promised, my score would've been better. The same thing months after months; the companies weren't responding even though you said they had 90 days. I felt I had no reason to keep following up with you? Per Response and reasoning, ending services abruptly from the complaint, "Every month the feedback is given, and the creditors respond slower than usual."
According to the federal rule, being in the middle of a Pandemic when services were rendered, Creditors had sixty days or longer to respond to any request regarding discrepancies.

*****: In Response to Lynette S********, she never once contacted me via email, text, phone, or left a voicemail stating that she was revoking my refund. My last conversation with S******** was on Nov 17, 2021.
Response: Via Text, I made contact regarding your refund.
No threats were needed. Please proceed. Congrats on your license.

Usually, Building Business credit would take roughly a year or more if the complaint party was consistent and we were in the middle of a Pandemic.
      Continue:
Per *****, When I became a client, I was already growing my credit score on my own, bringing it from 480 in 2019 to 628 in 2020 before starting services with S********. In S********'s Response, she states I had no credit cards when I had three credit cards before her services (doc attached). If **. ***** established her credit profile from the 400s to 600, why pay someone to continue the growth of a process that allegedly started?

Per *****, "********* told me about the great success stories she had with other clients via building their business to 6 figures companies in less than a year, which grew my interest to hire her to build my business credit. Question for the review committee,

Feedback from reputable clients who is consistent and eager for change: 4.8 stars on ******; Highly recommended on *********. We've been in business for three years, an admin with one of the largest credit groups on social media.
A three-time award-winning company, over thirty certifications, and a published author with the ***** ******** ********** ******** *******, ******* ****** ****** * ***** Pending graduates Pending Certification of the Certified Federal Contract Manager, Certified Commercial Contracts Manager with the National Contract Manager Association, a Credit Service Loan Broker, with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking, Four Contract holder with the state of Pennsylvania ******* *** ******* and Well Respected firm in the Federal, Local and State space.

As her awareness grew of the company's success, she began to
asking for the status of the rebate on Apr 20, 2021, until Nov 17, 2021, and S******** never mentioned the revoking of my refund; she did state multiple times that she would check the status, but she never saw a refund take this long before, she would take from her business account, etc. on multiple occasions (all text messages saved and attached to initially filed complaint). *** ***** continued services well past the refund request.

My vehicle is with *********, not ***** Credit Union; I requested for the late payments to be removed, and that is when S********’s told me they illegally gave me a high APR and informed me of their current lawsuit and how she won a case with a previous client who had had also had *********. When one medical bill is not multiple, as she tries to state, there have been no late payments since 2018. I had a great deal of credit information on my own which was how I began growing my credit before services; S******** did not remove anything as she promised regarding my credit.

Review Committee, as supplied with the previous Response, you will see the growth obtained while onboarded with DALS Credit Solutions Co. *** ***** decreased from 13 late payments with ***** to five with a line of credit and or a loan. The client had a 500-credit card limit increased to 42,000 roughly, the ********* response was reviewed, and processes were still pending.

According to the complaint: I never once asked for a refund for my credit payment of $425, only for the business establishment payment of $3,100, which she agreed upon. S******** states that I said I would resume services after completing my realtor exam, which I never stated; if so, why would I keep requesting the refund before and after passing my realtor exam on Jul 8, 2021? To which S******** never mentioned restarting services or a revoked refund. Only did she keep ensuring me a refund.

S******** has also broken antitrust laws and privacy; I am no longer in services with her, and I am not sure why she recently gained access to my credit score via ******** on Apr 17, 2022?

All information is compliant with the Department of Defense Standards regarding cyber security. If the client fails to change login and password when no longer with the company, DALS Credit Solutions will access documents to review purposes only. All information submitted was sent with disclosure to ensure the personal data was only for viewing purposes for the review committee.  According to the text mentioned, the exam was scheduled for Feb 2021.

To Conclude: *** *****'s motives are clear for obtaining a full refund for service to increase the building of business **** *******, Business Credit, and Government Contracting. The complaint failed to sign the contract after verbally stating she would. In addition, per text, the Realtor exam was scheduled for Feb 2021; her statement indicates July 2021. She continued services to build her brand while utilizing ongoing services. *** ***** stated she never threatened nor used a vulgar tone; however, the text says otherwise. *** ***** always led with respect; her actions were surprising.  The continued attempts to grow clients’ creditworthiness and knowledge while ensuring goals were met. Processes failed due to the continued inconsistency.  The monies paid are for services rendered.

      Customer response

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: it is illegal to promise a consumer a service or payment then to reject it due to no longer wanting to and more so for credit repair companies to charge for full services upfront. If S******** felt this way why did she string me along for 9 months promising a refund and never once mentioned it being rejected or the changing of her mind. The main point of this complaint was the promising of a refund and it never being fulfilled as so with the repair of my personal credit and building my business credit. There is no motive I simply asked S******** for a refund and she agreed upon it stating that I would receive it in a 8-12 week time frame; if S******** did not agree to a refund we would not be here at this moment in time but she did as the multiple text messages in the initial complaint shows. The direction this mediation is going is endless and I see no suit in going back and forth with S********'s illogical responses. At this point, I will continue to seek legal ramifications against S********.

      Regards,
