In December of 2021 Brandon of Epic Pest and property solutions installed insulation in our attic, which had none at the time. He blew in on the floor and batt on the walls and ceiling. I have requested of him on several occasions, by text and by email since January of this year, to please tell me What is the R rating and information regarding the insulation material . I have a partial invoice, and with my cancelled check I can use a proof of purchase. I need these items, as I am trying to submit an application for a rebate of $500. He has not responded even once. If the rebate was less than $100 I would probably give up, but we are retired and $500 is a very helpful. I simply do not understand the problem. What is so hard? After all we paid him $2675 Thank you for your help
