I purchased an *** lawnmower for approx $800. in May of Last year. The mower would not start and was under warrenty and I was told to bring it back to Ace Hardware for repairs. It took them 2 weeks even to look at the mower and now they are waiting for the part. They have had it over a month. I have already spent $300. for somebody to mow my lawn. I called to see if they could give me a loaner since they are not sure how long it will take- no they do not offer that service. Will I have to wait the whole Summer. If you sell a product you should make good if its defective. At least take a look at it in the first weekBusiness response

April 2023 - *** partnered with Snyder Ace Hardware to service there products
April 12-24 2023 **** our mechanic reached out to *** for the tools to start service on there *** products.
April 24th 2023 - *** reached out to us - with the Portal for us to be a service location for *** (see attachment)
April 24 we worked with ***: **** *** to get us on board with service processing and ordering of Parts- see email 4/25/2023 training set up

Info Lab Report -order for parts required to complete service on 4/25/2023
Follow up with customer on 5/1/2023 to let them know we where still waiting on the parts from ***
Ownership of this complaint- *** as the sent customers to us before they had even provided us the tools to service the customer
At the same time customer also was posting negative statement on Social Media
