We have numerous issues and complaints in reference to a new-construction home we purchased from Rockwell Custom Homes in July 2021. Please see the supporting document for a list and narrative of these in detail. To summarize, the house had numerous unfinished construction projects at the time we were advised we could go to settlement and move in, which was November 30, 2021. As of this date (July 5) there are still unfinished items, as well as items related to workmanship, and issues which emerged during the time from settlement and the present time.Business response

Dear Sir or Maddam,
Rockwell DuPont I, LLC (Rockwell Custom) is in receipt of your letter dated Sunday, July 10, 2022 regarding Complaint ID ********, filed by *** ***** *****.
On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, Rockwell Custom also received this letter from *** ***** via electronic communication. On this same day, I called and spoke with **. and **** ***** on the phone to review their concerns and discuss the matters needing attention in their home. I then followed up our phone conversation with an email communication detailing the items discussed. I have attached a copy of the emails for your reference. While speaking with **. and **** ***** on 7/5/22, I assured them that Rockwell Custom is fully committed and agrees to implement the repairs detailed below.
Below is the status on each of the outstanding items as of Thursday, July 28, 2022 –
1. Master Bath shower seat & tile repair - tile repair completed 7/26/22, shower door reinstalled
7/27/22, permanent shower seat top to be installed week of 8/1/22.
2. A/C unit repair - completed on 7/14/22.
3. Trim, caulk & paint touch ups completed on 7/14/22.
4. Kitchen island trash can drawer conversion - *** ***** confirmed on 7/19/22 that the
replacement cabinet was delivered to the home; Rockwell is confirming an appointment between the installers and *** ***** for it to be installed on either 7/29/22 or 8/4/22.
5. Kitchen cabinet wood color variations - Rockwell arranged a meeting with the cabinet
manufacture and **. and **** ***** for 7/28/22 to inspect his concerns and advise if any further action is warranted and/or available. We are currently waiting for the report back from the representative.
