  On June 28 2022, signed an Agreement with **************** ( HRBC). We had an Home Owners insurance Claim in for an leak in our Bathroom. On July 8,2022 we gave him keys to our home on agreement that he would be done with in 1- 2 weeks.. On July 11,2022 we want on an vacation and returned on July 15th. And the bathroom was not completed. We had to call the insurance company so they could put us up in an hotel from July15th- July 27th. With the intentions of returning to our home being completed. Once in the house the only thing that was done in the bathroom was the toilet and the tub was in .For the rest of the month bites and pieces was done. On July 20th - July 22nd the tile guy took all of his tools and we have not seen him since . Bathroom is still undone . The plumber was in and out. August 5th . **** came and painted the living room ceiling. We did not see him again until 8/18/22. An Whole week 8/5/22- 8/15/22 no calls and no show.. **** came over on 8/18/22 and We requested the keys to the house and he dropped them off in the mail box on 8/19/22..Mention to **** if him and any of the workers need to come pass the house to please call before they come. Also shared with him that we were dissatisfied with the work and the living conditions. Until today 8/28/22 we still have not heard from **** and the work has not been completed, Additional work still not completed is the Bathroom door is still not put up, painting the walls in the bathroom still not done , tiles not done, did not seal behind the sink or the toilet and they never replaced the plate for the light switch , And they cut an Hole in the closet and they never repaired it . Left paint on the boarders which now has to be replaced . Pieces of the ceiling molding are missing. Dust was every where and did not put any plastic up until I complained. Did not clean anything . They were PAID in Full . We would love to settle matter thru the BBB so we can get our Home repaired .

  Chad has not finished a vinyl siding and roofing job that he was paid in full 10700. He did not complete varied sections of the house after we had talked about everything that I wanted done, he even offered to install two basement windows and two exterior doors, he only installed one and will not install the other. The work that was done is unprofessional and shotty craftsmanships. He left rough edges of metal siding on corners.. he didn’t use the correct screws for much of the siding and some of the siding has already come away from the house. He came today after many weeks of saying he was coming and just didn’t show nor call, today he finally shows up to do a second walk thru which he should not have and is just stalling for time because he has taken on other jobs without finishing mine…06/07/2022 he come to my how to go over the contract and then proceeded to say the capping the windows was not on the contract nor was capping the around the bays and main roof as we previously talked about and agreed to. He also said he would refund the 700 for the roof today which he didn’t complete and he did not refund my money as yet. This Chad guy is really taken advantage and i would not want another consumer to have the heart breaking trauma that had to experience with this company. I will definitely get a lawyer to sue him… this is totally unfair and just wicked in my opinion.
