We contracted Tim to take care of a leak at the chimney. We were given a cheaper price and a more expensive price. We were told the leak would be fixed, so we went with the more expensive quote. After the work the leak was still there. We were told they would seal it up and if it still leaked we needed to call the company that installed the roof. The roofers came out and took pictures. The chimney repair looks horrible and the leak was worst after the repair. Tim has yet to contact us on the quality of the repair. Pretty disappointed in the work,Business response

I am following up on the recent call we had regarding the chimney work for ******.
We are more than willing to resolve the water issue. I will contact *********** or his wife to set up a meeting to take care of this matter.
