I purchased socks from this company on November 30, 2022 at 2:04 PM. My order number is *****. The total cost of the 5 pairs of socks was $62.45. I sent them back due to the poor quality. The socks were returned to Tippi Socks at 7:56 am on December 22, 2022. Today is February 26, 2023 and I have not received my credit. My tracking number for the return is ********************** which shows that they were returned. The phone number that is given to the customers to contact the company, ************ is no longer in service.Initial Complaint

I ordered 7 pairs of socks as Christmas presents and only received 6, weeks and weeks later. . Even if the quality was very poor compared to the pictures, I didn’t ask to return them, I only wanted the pair that was missing. I emailed them multiple times and the only time they responded was to tell me the order was complete. I replied and said they still owed me another pair but they stopped responding. Buyer beware, this was a complete waste of 70+ dollars.Customer response

I bought socks from the company TipiSocks. The amount of $112.44 was posted to my account on November 22, 2022. I received my order on December 11, 2022. I no longer want these socks and after reading the Returns Policy, emailed the company with my order number and email address. Their website states that they will respond within 1 business day. I have emailed multiple times and have only received automated responses. According to their website, all returns must be take place within 30 days of the delivery date. I need to return these items and receive a refund, but I am not getting any real response from this company.The phone number on their website is inactive.Initial Complaint

Yes I order from a company called TipiSocks I was charged $77.67 for 9 pair of socks. Then a few days later I was charged $0.62. I would like my $0.62 cents back.Initial Complaint

On 11/29 I ordered a product from this company for $15.84 including shipping. On 12/2 I received an update that my product was out for delivery. On 12/9 the tracking through their a delivery service said it would arrive at my house by 9 PM. Every day since December 9 I have received a tracking notice stating this product would be at my house by 9pm. I started emailing the company a week after the product was stated to be at my house and they're only reply has been to look at the tracking for the product and state it would come at 9 PM I have never received this product. I've asked for my money back, I've asked for a new product to be shipped overnight as it is a Christmas gift and now it is December 21 and I still don’t have this product or my money back.Initial Complaint

I bought 7 pairs of socks from Tipisocks on 9/9/21 for $89.92. When I received them the quality was extremely poor and the boxes they came in were not as they looked online. I emailed company and they provided me with address to send them back, which I did. I have yet to receive my refund.Initial Complaint

Ordered 3 pairs of socks and was not happy with the quality and sizing was too small. Tried to contact them to initiate a return based on online return policy and no response was received. Tried again 3 days later using Instagram to contact them and no response. Tried calling them after 5 days and phone number listed on website is not in service.
