Am very disappointed about response from customer service. Have tried to contact them on 3 occasions since 12/20. Received immediate preprinted response that I will be contacted by customer service in 1 business day. Even f allowing weekend and holidays, I have yet received any reply. I have placed more than $150 in orders recently. This is not good customer service.Review from Deborah T

Dollar store quality socks. The price for these socks is way overpriced. They promise 3 to 5 day shipment. Three weeks later, after I contacted my credit card company as being a fraudulent company I finally received my order. I feel as if I hadn’t filed a complaint with my credit card company, I would have never received these poor quality socks.Review from Rose L

I ordered 5 pairs of socks with the 5 to 7 day delivery option. I received notice socks shipped to 3rd party waiting for USPS on December 1, 2022. I've emailed rhe company twice with no response. I called the number listed which is not in service. No resolution as of 12/20/2022 and I was expecting to gift on Christmas. Very disappointed in this company. Tons of great reviews on their website. I just want to know where my socks are.Review from Tara M

Horrible. DO NO ORDER FROM THEM! Placed an order on Nov 29th and have still not received any updates on when I am receiving my items. My account has been charged for the order. The company phone number is NOT in service and NO ONE is getting back to the numerous emails i’ve sent. I would have picked zero stars if it let me.Review from Jessica F

Ordered 10pair of socks in October for Christmas gifts. When I put the gifts together in December, sock quality was OK, not great, not terrible. Packaging was cute - had to be assembled yourself, not always easy to make the presentation cute. One of the pair was missing eyes. Contacted company for a replacement. No response to 3 emails until I threatened to dispute with PayPal. They then cited a 30 day return policy and said I was outside the window. I was not trying to return a product, but to replace one that was not made properly. No response. No replacement. No customer service. Would not recommend, will not order again.Review from Susan Y.

I would give Tipisicks zero stars. False advertising on their site. Promised 2-5 business day shipping. Several days after that no emails from them regarding the shipment. They don't answer emails and their phone number is out of service. Not until I involved my credit card company did they email to say too late to cancel the order, items were coming. Too late as I needed them many many days prior for party gifts. Horrible way to run a business.Review from Patricia C

I just received my tipisocks and I have put in another order for 6 more. I am not affiliated with the company. If you are wondering, why I am writing this is because I left a review and wanted to rectify my comments. I want to say- I read a lot of negative comments on the company and I admit I was hesitant about my original purchase. I felt I was scammed. But, I think there were a few hiccups. I received an email that my order was shipped out with a tracking number. I clicked on the tracking number and could see the transport of my items. There are 2 to 5 business days for free shipping. I got the notice they were shipped and I got them the next day. The socks themselves are adorable- they come in a reusable package (thick not flimsy) with a slider top. Inside were the socks and a t-pee shaped box that you put the socks in. The container is heavy-duty with a ribbon to hand on a tree. I am pleased with the quality and yes I did put in another order for 6 more. The price of 9.99 is great- a bargain. I hope this clears up any ill comments. It is a small company that wants to succeed. I am 100% for them.Review from Janet L

Lousy customer service. Contacted the company regarding a return via email and telephone per their guidelines. Telephone is disconnected-no replies to email. How can this company be in business?
