The absolute worse company, I have ever dealt with. I have never, ever left a terrible review in my life....but for people considering going with Davis Communications, please stay far away from this company-- don't waste your time or money.....At first the company was a pleasure to work with. The service in my rural area was actually pretty good. Whenever, we had questions, concerns or needed help, Davis Communications always answered our calls with promptness & kindness. They would even have a tech to us, if there was a problem within a day or two. Within the last 6-9 months we noticed the speed of our internet slowly decreasing. We found ourselves "restarting" or having to call to have a signal sent more and more. Then as of 2 months ago, our internet just completely stopped working....and so did Davis Communication response to all calls and emails. Now they don't even answer their phone...you call and receive a message saying "there is currently no phone support"..... They make you email them whatever the situation maybe. My husband finally got a response from them about a month ago saying they would send us a sim card that will make our internet work and they would refund us for all the time we haven't been able to use our internet. As of a week ago there has been no credit....just another deduction for monthly services we haven't been able to use. Oh, and to top things off, we never received their "sim" card. According to them, "it may have been lost and another one is on it's way."....still waiting.. over a month now...Twice this week I emailed these conartists, and there is complete radio silence from them at this point..... Stay as far away as possible from this awful company!!!
