              To whom it may concern, I am incredibly disappointed with this Realtor Burma P******* and her broker dealer David R. c****. I recently was shopping for a home, which I found in Greentown Pennsylvania. *** ******* *** 18426 MLS# 22-2868. I fell in love with the property, my Realtor put an offer together, we sent the offer in the beginning of September. The sellers counter offered, and I made a second offer, which they counted again. Anyway we settled on a price that the sellers accepted. I was on my way out of town received a message three days later. That the sellers received another offer. I wondered how is this even legal? I signed everything with my realtor the disclosure, 12 pages, ASR, Consumer notice, BAC. I thought once an offer was accepted you were required to go through with the sale. And not accept other offers, and request more money from my end. My realtor said it was a horrible practice and a terrible way to do business. I would agree and those wouldn’t be my choice words. The sad part is I lost a property that I really wanted for my retirement. The business needs to be reprimanded and the realtor should lose their license. Philip S*****
