My Autistic son was going to this daycare and everything seemed great until 11/06/2023-11/08/2023. We never had a problem until that day when the owners mother started to tell me that they could not “handle” my son and that he is “too much” and they couldn’t keep him after 1:00. I said I understand took him home and the next day told the owners mother, Chris, that I would be there at 1:00. She sighed and said “okay” with an attitude. On 11/08/2023 I took my son there and when I picked him up he was still in the same diaper I sent him in. From 8:30 that morning until I picked him up between 12:30/1:00 he was sitting in the same wet diaper. I know it was the same diaper because they initial their diapers for the kids, I sent them pull ups for him that he normally comes home in, I have to buy special diapers for my son as he is 2 and the size of a 5 year old and no other children are his size in that class. They put in the app that he was changed at 11:32. When I got there around 12:30 his diaper was sagging, wet, and you could smell the old pee in the diaper. I got home and asked them about it and Chris continued to lie and say she “must have used a different child’s diaper.” That in itself is a health concern because my son has very sensitive skin and like I said I buy him special diapers. After this she informed me he only had 2 pull ups left at the daycare. When I got there to pick him up my Autistic 2 year old was sitting in a pack and play with a diaper that needed changed hours ago. I’ve also been informed by an ex coworker that their children were neglected and abused there. I’m trying to get them to report to BBB too. The amount of trust I had to have in this people to send my son there because I do not trust daycares for this reason outrages me.

***** was informed when she registered her autistic son that we would take him on a trial bases. We as a daycare are not educated in the areas to help autistic children thrive. The date in question, 11/08/23, she dropped him off at 9:07 and picked him up at 12:32. We have it documented. We change diapers at 9:00am, 11:00am, 3:00pm, and 5:00pm. We put him on the changing table at 11:00. The child's therapist was in the room at the time and commented how he was doing good at waiting in line to get his diaper changed. We also have camera footage that would have shown this. We use an app that we record every diaper change, and it was accidentally marked that the child was "wet" instead of "dry." He was dry when we went in for nap time. We did everything we could to accommodate the autistic child. He had two therapists that came in twice a week. They could attest that we took care of him while he was in our care. The other person who claimed that we abused her children called state and made a complaint. The state came in and cleared us of any abuse. Again, we have cameras in every room and would be more than willing to show a parent footage when they have a concern.
