  On 11/7/22 this Company was requested to do yard work at my house. I asked them to "clean up" 2 small areas that was overgrown with weeds, etc. I asked them to clean up weeds, the rocks below and put new lawn paper on before putting rocks back in place. He said " sure, we'll weed eat and spray with weed killer". He quoted $1075. I had an appointment and was going to be away from home but I gave him the money and got a receipt. When I saw what they did (didn;t do) I was shocked. I called him a day or 2 later and told him I was very dissatisfied. He agreed to come back and clean up better. I tried to be nice and agreed for them to come back "in the Spring" because of lousy weather we were having. Well, Spring has come and gone over a month ago and I have never heard a word back from him. I paid someone else to clean up one area that is very prominent and it is beautiful. The second area was so overgrown by Spring that there was not much I could do. The weeds were 2 feet high (no exaggeration) and all I could do was cut some of them down myself. It is a mess. Considering what they accomplished, they could not have spent more than 2 or 3 hours before they left. I would like to have at least a 50% refund. It only cost me $200 to have the one section done by someone else. I do have a picture that I could mail to you.

  On 11/02/2022 I provided ******* ******* an estimate she wanted her vines gone from the front landscaped area on one side that wrapped around the corner of side of her house. I mentioned that I would weed wack the area and outer border and spray weed killer. She also wanted something done with the shrub as it was too wild looking. I told her I would shape it up as best I can. The cost was $475.00.
  In the back of her house she wanted weeds and wild trees removed by step area of deck to corner of the deck. I mentioned I would cut the wild trees down to ground and weed wack the weeds and pull what weeds can be pulled. The one tall shrub next to corner of deck will be left as it was not a wild shrub. The ground cover vines stay because in this area it helps to hold the hillside from sliding. The cost was $675.00. ******* agreed to both services. We mentioned we can fit it in on the weekend. She mentioned she would not be home but was okay for her not to be there while job was completed.
  Me and 3 employees completed the work on 11/04/2022. Upon her returning home, she called and said she has the money to pick the money up that everything looks good. No complaints mentioned from her on the phone on this day.  I believe it was the following Monday or Tuesday that I came to her house and me and my wife picked up the money. My wife gave her a receipt for the amount she paid. She was happy with the work. Again, no complaints when the money was handed to my wife. Unfortunately, I did not have a receipt that I could find of my own.
  
  She called possibly around 5 days later saying she is very disappointed that she talked to her neighbor and said he had a camera and we were not there long and said the neighbor said she was overcharged. She then said the vines in the front and side of house in landscaped area are not dead. My wife said to allow more time and if not dead by spring call and my husband will spray weed killer again. I did not hear from her again. I assumed everything was fine. 
  
  I am providing before and after pictures of the job completion. I will gladly refund her only $200.00 as her complaint was the weed killer spray on the phone and this was the cost to clean up one area that is very prominent that she paid to have someone else do it.
