We had rebath do a complete shower/bathroom remodeling. They took old tub and tile out and replaced it with a system of water tight wall panels. At the completion of the first attempt at the job the tub was filling up with water when only running the shower. The installers tried to justify this by saying our water pressure was too high for the drains re-bath installs, obviously this was a line of crap, because soon after we discovered several leaks under the new tub into the basement. Around this time we also noted water on the floor in the basement coming out from under a wall, at this time the installers admitted that the first attempt to install new pvc pipe had ended in the pipe bursting loose allowing a large volume of water to run in between drywall below the bathroom. Day 2 new installers were sent who had to remove all the pvc piping installed by the failed install from day 1. Also tile along 1/2 of a wall in the bathroom was just skipped by the installers on day 1 and had to be completed/redone during the reinstall. For what this company is charing $10,000 for a complete removal of the old tub/shower and pipes I expect a very high quality or level of workmanship and what we received was of sub standard quality. Several spots needed resealed to make the new shower water tight. We still have space near the floor that is missing sealant. We never received warranty paperwork either. This leaves me no choice but to give this installation a failing grade. Hopefully this company will at least continue to attempt to make things right. Overall first impressions were terrible and the original installers had to be told to not return to our home when one of them began calling my cellphone and became argumentativafter they had left a leaking brand new slow draining tub/shower and left as if their work was completed correctly.

I was told they couldnt do business with me bc my husband couldnt take off work to be there. Told them I have purchased many item for our house without him and I am very capable of this. Told me he has to be there couldnt work with just me. The most sexist thing I have ever been told. Women are very capable of making purchases on improvement to a house they dont need their husband!!

Before I could schedule an appointment I was told that my remodel would start at 7500.00 I did not get a chance to mention what I was interested in having done in my bathroom Or nor did the representative ask me about my project, she just started quoting prices I am very disappointed because Rebath is the company that Lowes and Homedepot has a contract with to do bathroom remodel

******* location offers poor customer service and very limited communication. They claim 1 week. However, it took 10. They lost products and did not monitor their orders. They did not initiate any communication about the delay. After several weeks, I had to call daily. ZERO stars.
