on Feburary 9th 2021 , I called Adk Electric , spoke with ********************* the owner. I told him that I need to get an estimate on issues I was having at my home. I was having water coming in my breaker box and it was shorting out various part of my home I also told him that I have a detached 2 car garage and I had absolutely no power in the garage. . I have gotten 3 other estimates and he was the last company I called, We arranged a time and he showed up as planned, He came in and abruptly asked where the breaker box, I showed him, I went in my gameroom with him. He stood there for about 1 second and stated okay show me where the meter, so I took him outside. He never asked where the garage was, so at the meter he stuff black putty in a small hole at the bottom of the meter, he did this without my consent, then he said your problem is fix. No it was not......several hours later I had a power surge again. I asked ************** if I owe him anything and he said, yes to my surprise. He came back in my house and was swearing and telling me in explicite words how his family came into money and how he didn't like some of his family members among other words that a professional should not being doing at a brand new customers house. He charged me $ ****** at first , he knew I was upset of the charge, it was suppose to be an estimate, which he never asked to see any other issues that I explained to him over the phone, he then dropped the charge to $150.00 again for what to put putty in a hole on my house. he charged $75.00 for house call, $10.00 for the putty and ***** to apply the putty, and was there all of 25 mins. I called him later that day and told him that I was very upset of him not doing what I ask him to do and to return half of my my money which at first he said, he would, then he texts me and tells me that his account told him he did not have to repay me any of the money. I got 3 other estimates at NO charge. ************** is a shyster. Very unprofessional
