I had a blood test done on 10/02/2020. I received a bill from MHS Labs. for $28.50. On the bills it says, "This account is seriously past due, Please contact our office immediately!" I have been trying to contact MHS Labs off and on for the last month. I leave a message and NEVER get a call back from them. I have ** ****** who contracts through my employer to help solve issues also calling MHS Labs. I called my primary care doctor for another phone number for MHS Labs. I called that number and they still do not call me back. The two numbers I called were ************. This number was on my bill. The number from my doctor was ************. I have NEVER not paid a legitimate bill. This bill was for Vitamin D25 Hydroxy blood work. I have 2 insurances both Blue Cross. My primary was denied because it went towards my deductible. My secondary insurance paid them. I called my insurances to get EOB's mailed so that I can send them to MHS Labs. There really is no customer service since I never have gotten any calls returned! I don't want to have my good credit ruined by a business that will not call me back. I have VERY good credit. Unless they reported me to the credit bureau for non payment. I don't know because they won't contact me!
