On July 7, 2022, I received a polish change on my nails. I used my Venetian Nails And Spa gift certificate that I received for Mother’s Day. After service, the owner of Venetian Nails and Spa told me the store could not accept the certificate because they did not issue it without a stamped self address in the salon name area of the certificate, my certificate was hand written. The store owner said they don’t issue them hand written like mine was. I contacted the family member who gifted the certificate to me. Having that person come down in person to verify the truth. It was no help. I had to pay $20. for my service. Venetian Nails Employee did not follow their own policy to only use the address stamp on there certificates instead of a hand written form as they did. I am requesting a return of the $20. That was paid for the gift certificate I was unable to use due to their employee’s mistake. Thank you.
