I had previously ordered from this business "Solar Scents" formerly known as "Blossum Boutique" a few years ago to purchase a product the owner *********************************** was selling which was headbands. I received my order with no problems a few years ago. As of recent I made 2 separate purchases for Gingerbread Wax Melts from her website. The first purchase was made on 11/15/23 11:25am for the amount of $15.50. On the website www.shopsolarscents.com the shipping time stated **** business days not including holidays or weekends. On 11/21/23 8:23am my order was refunded without reason. The website stated that this product was still in stock. The second purchase that I made was on 11/21/23 8:57am for the Gingerbread wax melts again. Website was still stating that this product was still in stock. However, shipping time on the website had then stated 1-5 business days. At 11/21/23 3:31pm my order was refunded again without reason. I then placed a third order on 11/22/23 8:18am for gingerbread wax melts. Again, website stating this product was still in stock. I then tried to contact the seller, *********************************** by business email ***************************************** about shipping my product in which I got no response. By 11/22/23 9:28am my order was refunded without reason again. I believe that this seller is personally discriminating against me.Further more, this business Solar Scents has an employee by the name of ************************* who is paid money under the table and is not on the books for disbursement of funds.In addition to that, this business Solar Scents has not paid taxes on her business in 3 years.
