The payment history record of Acura is not correct that it shows 1 less than the correct # of payments. I have contacted Acura Montgomeryville numerous times by email and by phone asking them to correct the error, but no response has been received.Business response

I need more information in order to assist. If I am understanding the complaint correctly the customer is stating that his account with Acura Finance (The Bank) shows 1 less payment due than his records indicate? If the payments are for a vehicle he is currently leasing or financing with Acura ******* he would need to communicate with them directly as they are the finance source. He may also feel free to contact our business office #************ and ask for Garrett K*******.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have tried communicated with your Finance people including the one you named numerous times but no one bothered to respond. The issue as I have elaborated many times clearly that your record of my payment history is incorrect such that the number of payments on your record is 1 less than the number of payments that I have made.My phone # is ***********.
