              Date of order and charge card transaction:7/28/2020 Date order FedEx: 2/19/2021 Transaction amount: $669.16 The business is committed to provide quality products as ordered. Dispute is based on that the company's website specifically states that with proper care wigs can last 2 to 5 years. I agree with this statement, IF the wigs are made correctly. I have been a customer of this company for years and ordered multiple wigs that I have been able to make last for 2 plus years. I wear and cared for the last custom ordered wig, just as I have all my other wigs, however this one starts to come apart at the silk cap line and separate from the actual wig cap after 5 months of wear. I reach out to the company for a refund and no resolution. I dispute the charge with my credit card and the comapny lies saying I riped the wig, which is untrue, the wig is literally coming apart. I am looking for a resolution, either a full refund or another custom order to be made and sent to me w/ same specs.
