Facebook messaged them on the weekend. They said they could come and look at our mold problem by Friday. Very impressed with the communication all week. They came Friday at 4:00 and diagnosed our mold. They were concerned about us sleeping there and were back 9:00 the next morning. They got rid of all mold we could see and will be back to look at the area behind the walls. Impressive, kind, professional and so great to deal with!!Review from David P

I have had a second home in Big Bass Lake for almost 20 years and Richard is by far the best contractor that I have had the pleasure of working with. I hired him to replace some support beams on my back deck and front landing. His work was exceptional and completed on time as promised. He is easy to work with, extremely conscientious and always returns your text or phone call in a timely fashion. I would strongly recommend Richard to anyone regardless of the job. He has a very strong skill set and I am sure that he could handle any job small or large. If needed, I will definitely be using him in the future.Review from Michele S

Rich and his worker did an amazing job plowing and moving all my furniture. They were professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Rich is a jack of all trades and I will definitely use him for other stuff in the future! Rich and his crew did an excellent job on our home. His crew put in long hours to complete the job. They replaced the siding and windows. They ended up reframing the top part of our home due to water and carpenter ant damage. And stuccoed and painted the rest of the outside of our home. Rich was quick to respond to our texts and phone calls. And addressed any of our concerns. We love how our home looks! We would definitely recommend Rich and his company C.D.L.R. Construction
