Ok let's start with the car dealership is giving me issues and taking my money. I had paid off three cars and everytime I had to fix a car the owner which he is the mechanic. He will tell me something is wrong with the vehicle for the first time the engine. But never showed me the actual paper of what wrong. So I keep on getting trade in different cars after paying the car off everytime. I paid $24.000.00 off already on cars. Now the truck I had for one year I paid it off earlier then the gas line went out and told me I should just trade in for another vehicle because the gas line will cost $3,000 to get fixed. So I got into this car **** ****** had to make payments again. The car is $7,900 to pay off which I believe he over charging for the car that doesn't cost around that. When I test drove it there was no check engine light and nothing else wrong with it. So when the car was ready to be picked up. I came to pick it up the frame fall off and he said he would fix it for free. Then the car had check engine light and car shut off on me at the light. I have kids a family. That's not right. Not safe. So I gave him the car to get fixed. So they very unprofessional. Had my car for almost two weeks not saying anything to me. I had to call them to find out what going on. They said at first it's the fan module. Then they said it the alternator. Then they invoice me saying that it cost $690.00 to fix it. I'm like wait a minute I shouldn't have to pay anything. They gave me the car like that. I only had the car for few months. So I paid for this car monthly payment early like $300.00 when I can't even drive the car. So I went down to the shop and had to get a ride to sign the car back over and get my money back. They won't give me my money back. It's not right. I have a family with 7 kids. It's not right at all. I can't get around with no money. They won't give me my money back at all. They shouldn't have a business at all.

As a response to complaint # ********, this particular customer is a recurring customer, as she has purchased at least two other vehicles before this transaction.  For this transaction, the customer bought a 2008 **** ****** in December 2022.  The customer purchased this vehicle on our Buy Here Pay Here program. The customer chose to use her 2003 ***** ******** as a trade-in, in addition to $300 as her down payment for the vehicle. The customer was aware of the price of the vehicle before she agreed to purchase it. The customer was also made aware with multiple signed documents, that she was purchasing this used vehicle “as-is”. The customer was scheduled to have a diagnostic performed on April 12, 2023, four months after her initial purchase date.  However, the customer contacted the business on April 11, 2023, to inform the business that the vehicle disengaged on her at a stop light, and would have it towed to the business. The business informed the customer that if she planned to tow the vehicle to the business, we can schedule an appointment to perform the diagnostic.  The vehicle was towed to the business on April 11, 2023.  After the diagnostic was complete, the business informed her of its findings and the price it would cost for repairs. The customer requested the business to add the final cost to her monthly payments.  The business informed the customer that this was not possible, as these are two separate entities.  The customer and her husband became upset.  The customer and her husband informed the business that they did not want to pay for the vehicle to be serviced.  The customer and her husband indicated they would prefer to have the vehicle processed as voluntary repossession. The customer stated she wanted her deposit plus any payments made toward the vehicle’s purchase price returned as well.  The business explained to the customer and her husband that this was not possible and the option to discuss other solutions was presented.  The customer refused to discuss other solutions and demanded a full refund of all funds.  As a business, customer satisfaction is a top priority. The business is very empathetic that we could not satisfy this customer’s needs.

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:  We try all solutions but they said no there was nothing to do to solve the problem. So I ask for $300 back. Since I made my payment earlier before the date. And plus I didn't have the car for a whole month of April. So I will like to have my $300 back at least please so I can get around with a cab with my kids to there appointments at least. That's how to solve a problem. Before all of these finance cars the business had. I had always purchase a car from him before these finance cars. The business was good there until now. If the business pay at Least 300 back that would be a blessing.

      Regards,

I purchased the 2006 ****** Armada on 7/23/2021 for $5100. I replaced my Dodge Durango (Salvaged) with the ****** because it has 3rd row seating. Besides the Armada I have 3 other registered vehicles. ******** son did the State inspection on the car and passed it. After I left and went home, my brother told me the backup light, left brake light were out and the left back window wouldnt go up or down. Beauty Auto benefits from doing inspections, they can pass unsafe vehicles, and will have you keep coming back and say they fixed it. ******* said the title was clean. After receiving the title, I found that not to be true the title was Reconstructed. I never heard of Reconstructed title and after doing research through Carfax I found that the car had frame damage. I took the car back to ******** said it has no frame damage and that it (title) just said that. I drove the Armada to NC on my way back to PA the car was shaking profusely. I took the car back to Beauty Street/******* and I told him this was a safety issue. He asked if I could leave it there for him to check it out. When I called him, he said he took it to ************************* and they gave it a rear wheel alignment. October I, I went to NC with my mom, unfortunately my mom passed on October 16th. I was preparing for her funeral the car wouldn't move, I had to tow it & rent a car. A shop in NC fixed it enough to drive he said it should have never been sold because of the rear damage. I made it home & took the car back , he sold me an unsafe car for me and my family to ride. He said it wasn't warrantied. I told him I was taking it to another inspection station for them to inspect the car. He became upset and asked me to please leave it and he'll get it right and he would also refund me $500 for the repairs in NC. I took him the receipt; he laughed and said the business wasn't legit because the # had changed and no response to email. I brought a lemon and they inspected/passed it. which should be illegal!

In response to this complaint, the customer claims she was unaware of the reconstructed title.  As you can see, on the **** of Sale, signed by the customer, the notation, in all capital letters, the word "RECONSTRUCTED".  Even though this was a used car and sold "as is", we fixed multiple things to have a satisfied customer.  This customer drove this used car over 500 miles multiple times, and brought the car back to us yet again months later.  She expected us to pay for a mechanical repair done to the car that could not be verified.  We attempted to contact this repair shop to verify this work she claimed was done.  No one there was able to verify that this work was done by this shop.  The receipt she presented was dated outside of the timeframe she stated the work was done.  I am sorry she is not satisfied and I wish we can come to an amicable agreement to make her satisfied to fulfill her vehicle needs.

Date of transaction: June 2nd Paid about $5,600 in the initial transaction. Bought a car in June from Beauty street auto sales, after having a few issues originally that we worked with the repair shop to fix, new issues arouse that were caused via the shoddy "repairs" ( Wires were not reconnected properly and thermostat was literally installed backwards causing us to have to buy ANOTHER new radiator, and replace the starter).

As for the ********** complaint, she indeed purchased a vehicle from us.  The vehicle had minor problems, as most used cars do, that ************************ was aware of.  Those issues were addressed and rectified.  A few months later, she brought the vehicle in stating that the car would not heat up.  We explained that she would need a heater core.  She was scheduled to bring the car in for this service and she never showed up and we have not heard any more about it until this complaint.  In response to the thermostat issue, it is impossible to put a thermostat in backwards.  We would be willing to work with the customer to aid in helping her to be satisfied.

I recently purchased a vehicle from beauty street auto sales and the day after we got it the transmission started acting up we let them know immediately about the issue and they told us it needed a fluid flush by a ******** **** dealer because they lacked the tools to do it but the transmission itself was fine then a week later the transmission blew now the problem is we had a extended warranty and due to the shops negligence the warranty company wouldnt cover this issue because they waited 30 days to file a complaint so at the moment they have had my car since November 15th and no progress has been made and every time I call they have a different story or excuse why we are waiting on it this has become a major issue as I havent been able to go to work since the 15th of November and already am getting evicted from my house because this is my sole means of transportation. I reached out to them today 12/27/21 and I was told they had to find another part which could take a few more weeks and they didnt have a estimated completion date. This also has been a very unprofessional experience as one of the co owners yelled at me telling me it was my fault the car broke and denied me bringing it in about the issue and told me I was lying when it was he, himself that looked at it and assured me it was fine.

Hello, here are some sequences of events in regards to *******'s vehicle.
      -  She purchased the car on Nov 5, Prior to this we did some repair/maint work, which involved oil change, front struts and replacing the battery.

      - On the first weekend of Dec, the customer called saying that they rolled over something on the highway and that they were stuck.  This was on a weekend, when we are closed.

      -  However we instructed them to have the vehicle towed to our shop.

      -  We then were able to diagnose the issue after putting the vehicle on the lift.  We noticed that the customer had driven the vehicle at that point for 1200 miles. Furthermore, It was at this point we realized there was significant damage under the vehicle, consistent with an accident or rolling over an object.

      - We suggested to the customer to try her car insurance claim, she did not want to.

      - Nevertheless, after her insistence, we tried to go through *** (limited service warranty company), they sent an inspector and they denied the claim.  Due to damage under the carriage of the vehicle.

      -  Attached are pictures under the vehicle.  We strongly feel that as a result of this accident, it caused significant damage to the vehicle

      -  *** financial institution that provided the loan for the vehicle agrees with this,

      - Unfortunately, this is a result of an accident the customer was involved in after they purchased the vehicle from us.

      -  Proposed solution is to put in an insurance claim for this issue.
