On 6/20, a guy was lurking around my house and peered over my 6 ft. privacy fence. NOTHING was left as to who he was or why he was there. 6/28, 2 more men showed up and were again lurking around my house. Again, nothing was left as to who they were or why they were there but this time there were propane tanks on the back of the truck. When I returned from my vacation, I called *******'s on 7/3 only to find out that they were bought by Button. I explained that I never received any notice and had a full tank of propane as its only used in emergencies. I was told that I could use the tank this winter but would then need to get a delivery at least once a year. 7/5 a delivery guy showed up. I explain that my tank is full and the issue had been resolved on 7/3. A few days later I get a bill for $110 for a delivery of propane, which I didn't receive! I again called Button and after explaining the lack of notice of the change in ownership and that I had a full tank, I was given a choice to either let them come get my full tank of the propane I paid for and NOT get any money back or pay the $110. They finally agreed to reduce it to $55 to keep a tank full of the propane I paid for!!! We decided we didn't want anything to do with this company due to inconsistent information provided to us, their poor business practices, and charging us for services we never received or agreed to. An appt. was made for 8/18 to come get their tank as I had planned on using the propane before then. 8/9 2 Button employees trespassed on my property, somehow got the locked gate of my fence open, and entered my fenced in yard. Via my security system, I told the guys that they were trespassing, to leave the tank, and leave my property. They said they were taking the tank. When I called Button while the guys were still on my property, "*****" confirmed that they were not supposed to be there with no explanation as to why the employees trespassed and accessed my property.

I used Botton Oil to fill my oil tanks and had it scheduled for auto fill which worked great when I Lived there. I then moved out and had tenants occupy the residence at ** *** ****** *****, Dallas Pa. The Tenants did not like to pay such a big bill every time the tank was filed, so I called Button Oil and told them to stop the auto fill. Button oil came to the residence back in the end of February 2021 and could not fill the tank because there was too much snow covering the driveway, I told the Driver I called and had auto fill taken off, and to please not fill the tank and please let the office no as well because whoever is taking calls is not doing their job. Another driver came on 3/2/2021 and filled the tank, no one relayed the message to him either, I had my tenants reimburse me which was no big deal. After telling this company three times I thought I was in the clear. I sold ** *** ****** July 1st, 2022 and new owners moved in. On October 4th, 2022 I received a message from ******** saying my card was declined due to an expiration issue and that Button Oil Company is seeking $827.72 because they filled the tank again. I called them on October 4th, 2022 and once again no one in the office took off autofill and said I was responsible to pay the bill and if not paid it will go into collections. I feel I am not responsible to pay this as I do not own the house, they should contact the new owners and relay what happened and pump the oil back out.
