I have removed myself from their "save" junk mail lists multiple times starting at the beginning of this year when I moved here. I am also on the do-not-mail list. I also had to go through this multiple times at my last address. They continue to send me wasteful garbage constantly. My address is correct on the mailings so I am not accidentally receiving it from another unit. Everyone throws them away so I am sure I am not the only one who is tired of this.Business response

Good Morning,
This consumer has never contacted LocalFlavor customer service about a magazine mailing removal. Please see communication report above. Also see that she has now been sent the information that is available to her on the website for manually removing herself so she is the one who gets the removal confirmation. Also note that if she had removed herself she would have been informed that there is a 12-16 week turnaround for removals to be complete.
If this consumer receives a FREE magazine with no address and stated "Valued Reader" than she has been removed and she will need to make her mail carrier away she does not want the FREE magazine they they leave in every box. This consumer should respond to me as per the email I sent this am with a copy of the back of her magazine showing an actual address on the Free Magazine.
We are now resolving this matter on our end.

We are so sorry for the consumer's confusion, As stated the customer service department can no longer assist in this matter. Please have the consumer call our corporate office and once the consumer gets the operator have them ask for Doreen D**** in Mailing Coordination. Their phone number is 1 (888) 569-5100 and can be reached Monday -Friday from 8:00 am -5:00 pm Easter Standard Time. I will also email Doreen D**** and make her aware this consumer will be calling her.
We are considering this issue resolved for the online Discount deal certificates customer service team.

Contstantly have their trash thrown onto my lawn which animals rip apart, causing more trash to get blown all over. A fox died near my lawn from suffocating on the plastic that they deliver their trash in. I've added my address to their "opt out of delivery" list online months ago but it made no change. If I continue getting deliveries, I will have no choice but to sue them.
