InStriv is a great program. I started on 8/3/23 and have lost 30 lbs so far. My skin is healthier, my hair is healthier and I feel so much better. The plan is easy to follow without feeling hungry or sluggish. I still have a little bit to go, but so far I am more than pleased with my results. The program is definitely worth it.

I have been with instriv for almost 6 months and I feel so good I lost 30 lbs so much healthier and more energy! I’m so grateful for this program and the girls they are there if you need anything they have been a great supporter to me! I’m now doing the red lights and they are amazing you lose inches right away!! So if your looking to lose some weight and get healthier Instriv is for give it a try it will be worth it!Review from Annette O

I lost 50 lbs with Instriv.....great program. The private group facebook page posts recipes as well as encouraging messages from staff and members. I feel and look like a new person....and no more back & foot pain. Highly recommend the program if you're serious about losing weight.Instriv LLC Response

My husband and I both did the Instrive program. It was his idea, and at first I was skeptical. Since we were not looking to lose a ton of weight, I figured we could do it on our own. The problem was, we were not doing it! With Instriv the pounds came off, almost effortlessly. It is an easy plan to follow and the support is top notch! The recipes are fantastic and the plan is easy to follow! A winner in our book! We have both lost about 25 pounds and are at our new goal; we surpasses our original goal weight!Instriv LLC Response

I wasn’t happy with the way I felt. I put on pounds after menopause. And had no energy. I was also diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my left knee. I knew things had to change. A friend and I went for the free consultation. We started in May and today I am 38 pounds lighter and so happy. It is fun shopping for new clothes and everyone is amazed at the transformation. I’m so grateful for instriv program! I am so much more healthier and 35 lbs down and on program 5 months!! The girls are so kind and very helpful with everything! If you wanna get healthy and lose some weight Instriv is the program for you!!
