On 1/15/22 Amazing Lash Studio canceled my appointment due to technical issues. I called on 1/16/22 and left a message requesting a return call to reschedule the canceled appointment. I called again on 1/18/22 and no answer. Google started that that location is permanently closed. Their website stated that they were closed. My daughter who goes there as well, received an email yesterday stating that they are permanently closed. I have not received an email. However, they have charged my credit card on 1/5/22 for $119 which in titles me to two Lash refills that I have not received. In the email to my daughter they stated that our contract were canceled but wants us to go to another Amazing Lash Studio to fulfill our membership. I signed a contract with that location only. They have not fulfill their obligation. I want my money refunded. The other location are to far to travel to and after such unprofessional service I no longer want to do business with them.Initial Complaint

On August 20, 2021 I was told the Murrysville Amazing Lash Studio terminated my membership to their business. However, they never terminated my membership so they have been crediting my bank account for the past 4 months even though they told me they had canceled my membership. When I brought this to the owners attention she told me that they would not refund the money to me. They have been running my debit card once a month for the past 4 months even though they were told to cancel my membership. I had brought this to their attention in August and they had refunded me then, and told me this problem would be resolved however this was not the case and they continued to run my card each month for $109.99. Overall they owe me roughly $436.Initial Complaint

Amazing Lash Studio charged my Bank Card on 6-14-21 in the amount of $59.99 for services that were not performed. I had been a customer & my last service was done on 2-12-21. I called in February & discontinued my services due to an allergic reaction to the glue that they use for lash extensions. My bank statements showed charges being made on 6-14-21 for $59.99 and charges on 7-12-21 for $59.99. I called on 7-12-21 to alert them that I had not been a customer since 2-12-21 & these debits to my bank card needed to be credited. They did remove the 7-12-21 charge of $59.99 but will not credit the 6-14-21 of $59.99 to my bank card. On 7-12-21 I was told I would receive a credit to my bank card, but it would take a few weeks. I waited & no credit was made to my bank card. I called on 9-10-21,9-23-21 & spoke to manager, Ashley & she said she would take care of issue. Called owner, 10-9-21/10-11-21 & she will not return my call! Want my refund/credit of $59.99!
